Corie Zordani

President & Founder, Cormark Group

Corie Zordani is the visionary behind Cormark Group, a Women’s Business Enterprise she founded in 2003 to deliver high-impact staffing solutions nationwide. With over 25 years of expertise in IT, cybersecurity, finance, and accounting recruitment, Corie is a trusted partner to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to innovative startups. Under her leadership, Cormark Group has grown into a dynamic firm known for delivering top-tier talent through direct hire, contract, and retained search models.  We are recognized for our integrity, impact, and commitment to excellence.

Corie began her career in Chicago and has spent the last 14 years building Cormark Group’s presence in South Florida and beyond. Her dedication to excellence and client success is matched by her passion for mentoring recruiters and account managers, and she is frequently invited to speak on panels focused on diversity and women in cybersecurity.

A graduate of Drake University, Corie is also deeply committed to community engagement. She actively supports breast cancer and animal welfare organizations and has served on the Board of the Alzheimer’s Association and chaired the 2019 and 2020 Walk in West Palm Beach.

Her ability to build long-standing client relationships and her commitment to people and performance have solidified Corie as a respected leader in the recruiting and staffing industry. Through her leadership, Corie continues to raise the bar in recruiting, not just by connecting talent to opportunity, but by doing so with purpose, principle, and integrity.

Peter Logothetis

Executive Advisor and Mentor

Peter recently served as Senior Vice President and Group CIO at Allstate Insurance Companies, where he led three divisional groups: claims technology, life insurance technology, and business insurance technology. In this role, Peter provided strategic oversight and direction for technology initiatives.

Before joining Allstate, Peter held executive-level roles in other large property-casualty insurance companies over the last 20 years, including Chief Information Officer for the North and South America operations at QBE, an Australian-based global company. At QBE, Peter led IT during a period of aggressive company evolution, which included more than six acquisitions and growth in the Americas from $2B to $12B in annual premiums. Legacy system rationalization, significant culture change, and successful data center consolidations were key outcomes during this period.

Peter is also a part-time faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and has served as a part-time IT instructor at DePaul University, where he earned his MBA. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and business from the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Suzanne Black,

Head of Talent Acquisition and Client Engagement, Cormark Group

Suzanne Black is a talent acquisition leader and strategist with over 20 years of experience driving business transformation across IT/Cybersecurity, Finance, and HR functions. Suzanne plays a pivotal role in aligning top-tier talent with client needs, delivering with integrity and a deep understanding of each client’s organizational goals.

With a strong background in Global IT Engineering & Operations, Change Management, and HR, Suzanne brings a rare blend of technical acumen and people-centered strategy.

At Cormark Group, Suzanne leads full-cycle recruiting and client onboarding, leveraging advanced tools, including AI-driven sourcing platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems, to maximize efficiency and results. She’s passionate about mentoring candidates, empowering clients, and ensuring every engagement is executed with integrity, transparency, and measurable impact. She only submits individuals to roles who are both a strong cultural and technical fit, ensuring each placement supports long-term success for both the client and the candidate. Suzanne holds a Master of Science in Human Resources.
