Software Engineer Director Role

  • Summary: This role will lead a team of highly skilled and diverse engineers to design and deliver scalable, cloud-based data and application solutions.
  • Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a software engineering team, define technical and business requirements, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Qualifications: 7+ years of experience leading software development teams with strong leadership, Agile development, and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Java and Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), and DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Docker).
  • Certification : Preferred certifications include OCP Java Programmer and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Level.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline.
  • Salary: 220K-230K+ bonus
